This property consists of a building plot with ruin on site, standing on one acre of land. More land is available by negotiation should the purchaser require it.

The property is situated on the D82 close to the commune of Le Placitré approximately 4km from the centre of Ger, in a peaceful, rural setting, adjacent to a conservation area. The major town of Flers is approximately 22km north east, and there are many smaller towns closer for shopping and amenities.

The price quoted above is for the property and land as is. We are currently considering submitting plans for approval and building permission. We intend to submit the same plans that have already been approved as for Property 1 which is on the same parcel of land.
